Driver Data Removal Request

Drivers can request removal of their personal data from a vehicle record by contacting their fleet administrator.

How to request data removal

Contact your fleet administrator
Drivers do not have direct access to delete vehicle data. Contact your fleet administrator and ask them to remove your personal data from your assigned vehicle record.

Admin deletes the vehicle record
Your administrator will process the request in BeanRails. When the vehicle record is deleted, your personal data is permanently erased and removed from the system.

Your data is cleared
The following fields are permanently cleared and removed. Service reports and job history are not affected.
Email address
Mobile number
Last known IP address
Last known location
GPS coordinates (lat / lng)
Mobile device ID

Can't reach your administrator?

If you don't know who your fleet administrator is, or are unable to contact them, reach out to BeanRails support and we will assist with your data removal request.
