BeanRails is priced per user (Essential) or per driver (Professional), billed monthly in USD, MYR, or SGD. There are no long-term contracts — you can change, pause, or cancel your plan at any time. Annual billing is also available with a discount.

Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial of the Professional plan — no credit card required. You can use the full mobile app, dispatch, and invoicing features during the trial. When the trial ends, you can downgrade to Essential or continue on Professional.

Essential is the office-team plan: web dashboard, work orders, invoicing, reporting, 5-year data retention. Professional is the field-team plan: everything in Essential plus the driver mobile app, GPS tracking, photo capture, digital signatures, and proof-of-work. Professional also includes 1 free admin per driver.

You can be billed in any of the three currencies depending on where your business is registered. Malaysian customers are billed in MYR, Singapore customers in SGD, and other regions in USD. All prices on this page are the same plan at the same value — only the displayed currency changes.

Yes. Seats are added and removed from your dashboard at any time, and your monthly invoice is prorated to the day. You only pay for active seats in the billing period.

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) globally. For Malaysian and Singapore customers we also support bank transfer and FPX / PayNow on annual plans. Enterprise customers on annual contracts can pay by invoice.
