Does BeanRails support Malaysian SST and e-invoicing?+
BeanRails invoices support SST line items in MYR. We are tracking Malaysia's e-invoicing (LHDN MyInvois) rollout and will release a direct integration as the timeline finalises. Until then, you can export invoices in the required format for portal upload.
Where is my data stored?+
BeanRails customer data is hosted in Singapore (data residency stays in-region for SEA customers). Backups are encrypted at rest and in transit, and you can request a full export of your data at any time.
What Malaysian payment methods are supported?+
BeanRails accepts FPX and major Malaysian bank transfers on annual plans. For monthly billing, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. Your customers can pay you via your existing payment gateway — BeanRails does not hold customer funds.
Can I use BeanRails if my technicians are based in Singapore?+
